The Arkansas Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) is a federally funded program helping Arkansas residents who are behind on their mortgages, electricity, gas and/or internet payments.
HAF offered both Mortgage Assistance, which provides funds to eliminate or reduce past due payments, and pay up to six (6) monthly mortgage payments, or Principal Assistance to help a homeowner achieve an affordable payment, and Utility/Internet/Broadband Payment Assistance, which provides funds to resolve delinquent payments for utility and/or internet access services, to low- to moderate-income homeowners impacted by COVID-19.
Hear from those we've helped
“Since I first came down with Covid, it has been a battle that many times, I just knew I would lose. Your help has changed my world, and my wife’s and my little grandson’s life. I will never be able to show my gratitude for this blessing.”
